Great teams are built on great people, and we’re lucky to have one of the best. We’re excited to announce the appointment of Damian Browne as Deputy General Manager New Zealand.

This new role reflects the incredible growth of our business, and there’s no one more suited to take it on. Damian steps into this position after previously serving as our New Zealand Underwriting Manager and a valued member of our Senior Leadership team. His extensive industry expertise, strategic mindset, and commitment to both our brokers and team have made a lasting impact.

Since joining DUAL just over four years ago, Damian has played a key role in shaping our success, from integrating the IUA business to launching our motor product and securing key partnerships. More recently, he’s been deep-diving into liability and financial lines, expanding his expertise even further.

Beyond the numbers, Damian is all about people. He’s passionate about developing our team, supporting our key partners, and driving results in a way that benefits everyone. As we continue to grow, his leadership and energy will be instrumental in what’s ahead.
