DUAL New Zealand has partnered with our cyber capacity providers to manage all cyber incidents from initial notification through to resolution.
We work with a dedicated breach response team which includes specialist lawyers, IT forensic investigators, forensic accountants and consultants, who all have significant experience to ensure the best outcome for the insured.

Knowing who to call when a cyber event occurs is critical, so every DUAL cyber policy comes with access to hotline support provided 24 x 7 through our dedicated incident response team and backed by a panel of specialist service providers.

Important update: Change in cyber incident response manager
