What makes your team work so well together?
Clear goals and objectives. Diverse skill sets - I think a team composed of individuals with different skills, perspectives and backgrounds can approach problems from various angles, leading to more innovative solutions. Also collaboration and support within the team.
One word to describe the culture of the team?
Collaborative, because of the teamwork and open communication, allowing everyone to work together effectively and share ideas.
Biggest win for the team?
Since I've been leading the team, there has been a focus on maintaining positive relationships with brokers leading to more of our clients staying with us. This reflects the dedication and hard work the team puts into their call plans and it’s clearly paying off.
How do you support brokers day-to-day?
We support brokers by providing easy access to tools like WebRater, maintaining open communication, celebrating achievements such as major placements, offering administrative assistance and creating opportunities to connect and network.
