When are CPD points distributed?

CPD points are distributed within 24 hours of the webinars completion.

What should I do if I have not received my CPD points or webinar login?

If the live webinar or recorded webinar finished more than 24 hours ago and you still need help, submit a support request and our team will follow up directly.

What details are needed for support?

Please provide:

1. Your name

2. The webinar you completed

3. Whether you watched the webinar by yourself or with others

4. A brief summary of the issue

What if I have not received my zoom login?

If you enrolled for a webinar and have not received the zoom login, contact support and include a summary of the webinar registration issue. Our team will review the details and reach out directly.

What if I am having issues accessing my DUAL School account?

To access training courses and videos through DUAL School, you’ll first need to register for a DUAL School account.

In most cases, you can self-register and start accessing DUAL School straight away. Occasionally, your registration may require a review by the DUAL team. If this happens, our team will be notified and will review your request. If we need any additional information, we’ll get in touch with you directly.
