Earning CPD points and how to obtain your certificate

How do I earn CPD points through DUAL School webinars?

You can earn CPD points through DUAL School by attending a live webinar or watching an eligible on-demand session. After meeting the attendance requirements, your CPD points or certificate of attendance will be issued via email.

What happens after I attend a live webinar?

Following the webinar, attendees who meet the attendance requirements will receive confirmation of their participation and any applicable CPD accreditation details shortly after the webinar is concluded.

If you attended as part of a group, the registered attendee will receive a CPD points email containing a link to the CPD form.

Each participant must complete the form individually to receive their CPD points. To do this, each participant should request the CPD form link from the registered attendee and submit the form using their own contact details.

Can I earn CPD points by watching an on-demand webinar?

Yes — many DUAL School webinars are available on demand, allowing you to access the same content at a time that suits your schedule. Where CPD points are available for on-demand learning, details will be provided within the webinar information, along with any requirements needed to qualify.
