What do the quote status labels mean?
- Quoted: A quote has already been created. Click the quote to go directly to the Quote screen.
- Incomplete: The quote has not yet reached Quote stage. You must complete all required pages before building the quote.
How do I complete an Incomplete quote?
If the status shows as Incomplete, proceed through the following steps in order:
- Complete the Basic Information page.
- Complete the Coverage page.
- Complete the Detailed Information page.
- Click 'Build Quote' to generate the quote.

If a quote has already been created, the status of the risk will show as Quoted. When you click on the risk, you will automatically be taken straight to the Quote screen.
If the risk hasn't reached Quote stage, the status will show as Incomplete. You will need to proceed through the Basic Information, coverage and Detailed information pages until you reach the 'Build Quote' screen.
