I'm trying to create my password but get an error?
What are the password requirements?
Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters and include upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g. !, @, #).
When creating or resetting your password, you must ensure that it meets the password requirements of:
- Minimum 8 characters, including all of the following:
- Upper case
- Lower case
- Numbers
- Special characters (e.g. !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *)
If your password doesn't include all of the above, you will receive an error message.
If your password does meet the requirements but you still receive an error message, please contact your local DUAL Underwriter for assistance.
