I've been locked out of WebRater

What happens if I enter the wrong WebRater password too many times?

If you try to log into WebRater with the wrong password more than 3 times within a 15 minute period, you will be locked out of the system for 15 minutes.

Once the 15 minutes is up, your access will automatically be unlocked and you can re-try your password.

What should I do if I have forgotten my WebRater password?

If you have forgotten your password, or are having issues with it, we recommend clicking on the Forgot Password link on the WebRater login screen and resetting your password.
