Why can I no longer see my referred quote?

If your quote has been referred and is no longer visible in WebRater, it is likely because the risk falls outside the platform's automated underwriting parameters. In these circumstances, the quote is removed from WebRater and transferred to a DUAL underwriter for manual assessment.

Manual underwriting allows our team to review risks that require additional consideration and cannot be processed through the standard WebRater workflow. Once referred, your DUAL underwriter will manage the quote directly and may contact you if further information is required.
