What does the risk status mean?
In WebRater, a risk is assigned one of seven statuses based on how far it has progressed through the quoting and binding workflow. The table below defines each status.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Submitted | Only the Basic Information and Select Coverage screens have been completed. |
| Incomplete | The risk stopped before reaching the Build Quote screen. |
| Indication | The risk has reached the Build Quote screen. |
| Quoted | The risk has progressed to the View Quote screen. |
| Bound | The risk has been bound in WebRater. |
| Referred | A referral has been triggered on the risk. Contact your underwriter to proceed. |
| Declined | A decline has been triggered on the risk. Review the decline reason and revise the submission if applicable. |
