Why am I getting an error message on the login screen?

If you get an error when trying to log into WebRater please check the following:

  • You have spelt your email address correctly;
  • Your email address matches the one that you signed up with
  • Your password meets the requirements outlined on the screen;
  • If you are attempting to reset your password via Internet Explorer, please switch to Firefox or Chrome;
